Mrs. Tammy Carter-Tenaglia is a Clinical Psychologist and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Malvern Institute and the Progressions Companies. Her clinical experience includes a focus on Critical Incident Stress Management and Employee Assistance services as well as Cognitive-Behavior therapy. Dr. Carter-Tenaglia has earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University, as well as a Master of Arts and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University’s Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. She has been a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem since 2013.

Vince joined The Foundation in May 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Vince is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation's finance, accounting, payroll, and financial controls.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Vince spent 35 years with ModSpace (formerly GE Capital Modular Space), North America's largest provider of mobile/modular office space with a network of 75 branch locations. Positions held during his tenure included Director of Business Processes for Finance, Accounting, Operations, VP /Controller, VP Operations, and Director of Field Operations.
Vince has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from LaSalle University, an MBA in Financial Management from Drexel University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sarah is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships responsible for the Catholic Charities Appeal as well as the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal. These combined appeals raise nearly $20M annually. In addition, Sarah leads CFGP’s Mission Advancement Services team.
Prior to joining The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in July of 2013, Sarah worked at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in the Office for Stewardship and Development. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Drexel University. Sarah is a member of the National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC) Board of Directors and Chairs the Stewardship Council at her parish, St. Kevin.

Gina is the Director of Marketing and Communications responsible for all communication and marketing efforts for the foundation as well as key service lines, the Catholic Charities Appeal and St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal. Her responsibilities include brochures, print and outdoor advertising, event planning, website development and social media.
Prior to joining The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in July of 2013, Gina worked at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in the Office for Stewardship and Development. She has a Bachelor’s of Art from Temple University in Marketing and Business Administration.
