Angelo serves as CFGP’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Foundation, Angelo served as the Regional Executive Director for Fidelity Information Systems (FIS). He has also served as Chief Information Officer for EVO Payments International, and Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for Sun National Bank. Angelo has nearly 30 years of managerial experience in diverse industries, ranging from small consulting firms to large, multi-national Fortune 100 companies.
Most recently, Angelo has been given several, prestigious awards including:

Angelo is a Temple University graduate with a B.A. in Computer Science. He received his MBA from Philadelphia University. He currently serves on the Alumni Association Board for Temple University’s FOX School of Business, and also mentors students from Columbia, Temple, and Philadelphia Universities.

Sarah is the Executive Director responsible for the Catholic Charities Appeal as well as the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal. These combined appeals raise nearly $20M annually. In addition, Sarah leads CFGP’s Mission Advancement Services team.
Prior to joining The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in July of 2013, Sarah worked at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in the Office for Stewardship and Development. The majority of her earlier career was spent in national sales leadership, strategic account management and business development roles. Sarah holds a BS in Marketing and Management from Drexel University.
Sarah is a former member of the National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC) Board of Directors. She is an active member of St Kevin Parish in Springfield, PA where she leads their Stewardship Council, is President of the Women’s Club Board of Directors, is a member of the Parish Council. Sarah is also a member Advisory Board for Villa Maria Academy, Lower School and participates in the mentoring program for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

As CFGP's Director of Charitable Giving, Tom is responsible for working with the CFGP Board of Trustees, Chief Executive Officer, Leadership, Development and Marketing Teams to develop and meet the strategic plan objectives of CFGP. This includes developing strong relationships with existing and potential donor candidates, helping to protect and determine strategic charitable giving goals, and cultivating donor prospects for the Foundation.
Prior to his current role at CFGP, Tom was the Chief Development Officer of the Food Bank of South Jersey, working to secure funding for the organization and stewarding all gifts as directed.
With his background focused in the nonprofit industry, Tom has devoted his career to fundraising and managing stewardship for organizations helping people in need. Tom is experienced in working with individuals, corporations and foundations in the areas of major gifts, planned giving, appeal programming, grants, events and community outreach.
Tom is a graduate of Temple University, holds a B.A. in English, and has a Certification in Business Writing. He also received a Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. He is currently an individual member of The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University.
At home, Tom has two beautiful daughters and is a committed walker who, in recent years, has been faithfully logging 100 miles each month.

Gina is responsible for all communication and marketing efforts for CFGP’s largest clients, the Catholic Charities Appeal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal. She oversees all marketing strategies, marketing communications, event planning and digital marketing efforts for both clients.
Prior to joining CFGP, Gina worked at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in the Office for Stewardship and Development and at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. She has over 10 years of experience in all facets of marketing and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in Marketing and Business Administration. Gina lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband, Chris, and son, Christopher.

Joanne has been with The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia since 2014 after deciding she wanted a career that would allow her to help others. She is responsible for all digital and direct marketing efforts for CFGP, as well as event coordination and public relations initiatives. In addition, Joanne serves as Administrator for CFGP’s Grant Committee, overseeing the grant application process and working with applicants on their submissions. Joanne also works closely with Gina DeColli, CFGP’s Director of Marketing and Communications, on client event execution.
Joanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Susquehanna University. A northern New Jersey native, she now lives in Philadelphia but still chooses to support New York sports teams. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Chris, and their two beloved dogs, Daisy and Charlie.

Emily has been with the Foundation since 2014 and currently manages CFGP’s many fundraising and development consulting clients. Emily’s love of the nonprofit sector started in college when she served on the Executive Council of Indiana University Dance Marathon. She quickly changed her major from Biology to Nonprofit Management, and hasn’t looked back since! Emily is a proud graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington, IN), and a native of Indianapolis.
Emily loves spending her days helping nonprofits of all sizes overcome their unique challenges and raise the funds they need to fulfill their mission. She is proud to have helped raise nearly $40 million for clients since joining the MAS team.

Kate is the Project Coordinator for the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal, and works closely with Sarah O. Hanley the Executive Director.
Prior to joining CFGP in March of 2015, Kate worked extensively in Customer Service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Sierra is the Project Coordinator for CFGP’s largest client, the Catholic Charities Appeal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She joined The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in June 2018.
Prior to joining CFGP, Sierra lived and worked in New York as an Art Teacher and Special Education Teacher. She received her Master’s Degree in Education as well as her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art and Art History at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Sierra and her husband, David, moved to Philadelphia in October of 2016 and immediately fell in love with the city. When they aren’t traveling or attending sporting events, Sierra loves to shoot photography and work on her travel and food blog!

Justine Dougherty is the Project Coordinator providing fundraising consulting services and working collaboratively with some of CFGP’s key development clients. In addition, she manages some smaller projects along with other members of the Mission Advancement Services (MAS) team. Justine joined The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in 2018 after moving back to Philadelphia.
Prior to joining CFGP, Justine lived and worked in Washington, DC, in business development at a national news media company. She developed an interest in nonprofit fundraising and management after working in partnership with various nonprofits and volunteering for several years. She is happy she has found a home at CFGP. In her spare time, Justine enjoys live music and hanging out with all the dogs in her life.

Kelsea is the Project Coordinator working collaboratively with some of CFGP’s key development clients. She also assists with the Catholic Charities Appeal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She joined The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia in 2018.
Prior to joining CFGP, Kelsea worked at a boutique Philadelphia-based Public Relations firm working on projects ranging from The Philadelphia Veterans parade to assisting in numerous restaurant openings. She grew up volunteering within her community and developed a passion for community outreach, leading her to the CFGP.
Kelsea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. An avid sports fan, Kelsea has held past internships with the Syracuse Crunch Hockey Team and with the Houston Super Bowl in 2017.

Russell has been with the Foundation since its inception in 2013, and currently manages the Data Department, which processes data for the Catholic Charities Appeal, the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary Appeal, and other Mission Advancement Services clients.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys reading, football, listening to an eclectic mix of music, and spending time with his wife and daughter as often as possible. Russell is also very involved with his church, having just finished up his term on its Board of Directors.

Charles joined CFGP in May 2018 as a Data Clerk, working in conjunction with CFGP’s data team to ensure the accuracy of all gift entry and processing.
Prior to joining the CFGP team, Charles provided research assistance in the fields of education, workforce development, and nonprofit organizations. Marty is a financial and accounting professional with experience in shared services, accounting, finance, budgeting and cash management. He has 36 years of business experience including 28 years at ARAMARK Inc. in various accounting, finance, cash management and operations roles.
After leaving ARAMARK, Marty worked as: Business Manager at Camden Catholic High School, Casino Compliance Representative for the PA Gaming Control Board and most recently served as Director of Finance for the World Meeting of Families 2015.
Marty has an MBA from LaSalle University and a BBA from Temple University.

Kelly oversees estates and planned gifts that benefit CFGP, the Catholic Charities Appeal, and our partner organizations. She assists wealth managers and financial planners in serving their clients’ needs for philanthropy and planned giving, providing solutions to reduce tax burdens while supporting the causes they care about. Through MAS, she provides training and resources to organizations as they plan for their long-term sustainability.
Prior to joining CFGP, Kelly worked for the City of Philadelphia. Kelly holds and JD and MSPP from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Klein School of Law and serves as a reservist in the US Army JAG Corps. She lives in Philadelphia.

Deacon Jack joined CFGP in April 2018. Prior to joining CFGP he had an extensive career in marketing, sales and company management in the international, industrial chemical industry. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Eastern University, a Diploma in Metallurgy from Spring Garden College and Executive Management Certificate for Columbia University School of Business.
Deacon Jack was Ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia by Bishop Daniel Thomas in June 2012 and is assigned to St. Eleanor Parish in Collegeville. He earned a Certificate in Catholic Bioethics from Catholic Distance University in 2015.
Deacon Jack enjoys time traveling with his wife of 31 years and family time with his two adult sons.
